Since May 2015 he has built and led a project able to make a new Barça possible, innovative and ambitious. A project that has been created listening to the ideas of the whole Barcelonism and that is led by a team of talented people who have been on the margins of the Club's government.
Víctor Font (Granollers, 1972) is an entrepreneur in the telecommunications, communication and technology sector. He is co-founder of the newspaper “Ara”.
He is proposed as a senior executive of the Club, linked to the President's Cabinet and an active member in the management of the areas of Institutional Relations, Communication and the Foundation. Antoni Bassas (Barcelona, 1961) is a journalist with a long career in Barça broadcasts with Joaquim Maria Puyal and the Centenary TV show “This year, One Hundred!” of TV3. He was the director of "El matí de Catalunya Ràdio" and a Press Correspondent in the United States. He is co-founder of the newspaper "Ara".
Incorporated into the sports area of the project led by Víctor Font, he is the uncle and former coach of Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal and brother of former Barça footballer Miguel Ángel Nadal. Toni Nadal (Manacor, 1961) is an expert in managing adversity, values and overcoming. He has been awarded the bronze medal of the Royal Order of Sports Merit 2007 and is Premi Jaume II for his work as a coach, educator, trainer and inspirational of Rafael Nadal's successes.
Proposed as part of the Board of Directors, he will contribute to the strategic decision-making that it adopts in the medical field of the Club, as well as to the new area of psychology and behavior.
Ramon Cugat (La Aldea, 1950) has a Doctor specialist in orthopedic surgery and Traumatology with recognized international prestige in the field of sports medicine, he has been a pioneer in Arthroscopy operations.
Proposed as part of the Board of Directors, Barbany will contribute her experience in, and knowledge of, digital technologies, and will take charge of normalising the presence of women at all levels of the Club.
Joana Barbany (Barcelona, 1973) is currently Director-General for the Digital Society within the Catalan Government, where she has recently played a leading role in promoting policies to bring women into the technology sector.
Proposed as a Member of the Board of Directors, Andreu’s experience and knowledge will make a valuable contribution to sporting matters and to institutional relations.
Mª Teresa Andreu (Barcelona, 1952) is one of the pioneers of women's football at Barça. She was the Chair of the Women's Football Committe at the Catalan Football Federation and the Spanish Football Federation and member of the UEFA Women's Football Committee.
Proposed as part of the Board of Directors, Basora will bring experience in and knowledge of the social and institutional spheres to the Barça Board of Directors.
Annamari Basora (Manresa, 1961) is currently Communication and Sponsorship Director at the newspaper La Vanguardia, in charge of the agreements with the most representative institutions and bodies in the fields of culture, business and sport.
Proposed as part of the Board of Directors, Fabregat will specialise in the business-related matters of the Club.
Carolina Fabregat (Barcelona, 1987) has run start-ups throughout her career, starting out in wealth management; she is now a director of Food Haven, which she founded.
Proposed as part of the Board of Directors, Balañá will provide experience of running a business, with particular emphasis on social and institutional matters within the Club.
Maria José Balañá (Barcelona, 1957) is Head of the Entertainment Division of Grup Balañá. Starting out with big concerts, she was the one who brought theatres into the company’s portfolio and took charge of computerising ticket sales.
Proposed as part of the Board of Directors, Carbonell will bring financial and business knowledge to the Club.
Xavier Carbonell (Barcelona, 1970) is an executive director with a great deal of experience in the medical devices industry, specialising in change management, marketing, biotechnology and health.
Proposed as part of the Board of Directors, Ecenarro will will offer the Board knowledge of the worlds of finance, business and new technologies.
Iñaki Ecenarro Iturrioz (Errenteria, 1973) is an entrepreneur and investor in technology companies who founded the standard-setting tech start-up Trovit.

Juli López Segú (Granollers, 1969) was a professional soccer player for 11 years, spending 5 years at FC Barcelona. With a degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's Degree from ESADE, he spent 21 years working as an executive in the field of Commercial Management.
Proposed as a Club executive, in charge of the Social unit, Duch will be the link between the Club and the various bodies of opinion that coexist among Barça’s fanbase and he will contribute to modernising, democratising and transforming FC Barcelona’s social projects.
Marc Duch Riu (Barcelona, 1982) is a tax consultant by trade and founder and President of the Manifest Blaugrana association, where he has had a high profile in recent years, thanks to his commitment to social activism in relation to the Club, becoming the voice of hundreds of members.
Proposed as a Club executive, in charge of supporters’ clubs and relations with supporters’ associations, Rovirá will be strengthening and looking after all supporters’ clubs, and everything that Barça supporters’ clubs and associations represent, such as the supporters’ clubs themselves, the Casal de l’Avi (a club for retired members) ot the Agrupació Barça Jugadors (retired players’ club), among others.
