What is the purpose of handling your personal data?
We handle users’ personal data in order to manage information requests, to send commercial communications (also vie email) and, if necessary, to process and manage your relation with the Association.
All fields set as “required” shall be filled. Leaving them blank or with incomplete personal data information may result in issue when handling user requests.
This Website is intended for over 16 years old, therefore when users provide personal data via our Website, user states and guarantees that over this age, otherwise he/she will have to provide via email@example.com a copy of the authorisation signed by the parents or, if necessary, legal guardians.
In addition, personal data shall be valid so all the information is correct and updated.
How long will personal data be kept?
Personal data will be kept until the user requests its deletion.
SÍ AL FUTUR has set the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data. These measures also prevent the data for being modified, lost, and/or accessed without authorisation. Those measures were set taking into account the technology and the nature of stored data and the risks they are exposed to, both from human and natural sources. All measures were set taking into account current law.

Which are your rights on personal data?
Users may request access to their personal data, and request modifications of wrong data or, if proceeds, they can request cancellation or deletion when the data is no longer needed for the purpose they were collected. User can also limit opposition and portability of data handling in certain circumstances and for reasons related to the particular situation.
User may also revoke the consent to commercial communications and exercise his/her rights, mentioned above, by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
